Hillstream Loach (Beaufortia / Sewellia spp.)
Hillstream Loaches are unique, peaceful bottom-dwellers known for their distinctive flattened, ray-like bodies and ability to cling to rocks in fast-flowing streams. Originating from cool, oxygen-rich mountain rivers across Asia, they are excellent algae grazers and make a fascinating addition to well-oxygenated aquariums with strong water movement.
