Bloody Mary Shrimp
Bloody Mary Shrimp
High-Grade Bloody Mary Shrimp (Neocaridina davidi)
Care Description
High-grade Bloody Mary Shrimp are selectively bred for deep, vibrant red coloration with very few translucent areas. They are moderately hardy, but slightly more sensitive than low-grade Cherry Shrimp, so stable water conditions are important. These shrimp are peaceful, active, and thrive in planted tanks where they can graze on algae and biofilm. High-grade specimens are popular for display tanks and breeding programs.
