Yoyo Loach (Botia almorhae)
The Yoyo Loach is an active, playful freshwater loach named for the distinctive “yoyo” pattern on its body. Native to rivers and streams of northern India and Nepal, this peaceful yet energetic species is best kept in groups, where their social and curious behavior truly shines. Ideal for lively community tanks, Yoyo Loaches are excellent for controlling snails and adding bottom-level activity.
