Riffle Shrimp (Atyopsis moluccensis)
A unique and fascinating filter-feeding shrimp, the Riffle Shrimp uses its specialised fan-like front legs to strain particles from the water current. Unlike most shrimp, it perches on rocks and wood in areas of good flow, making it a characterful and unusual addition to community tanks.
