Marble Angelfish (Pterophyllum scalare)

A classic captive-bred variant with striking black, white, and silver marbling, the Marble Angelfish is one of the most recognisable fish in the freshwater hobby. Tall, graceful, and full of personality, it makes a stunning centrepiece for larger community tanks.

• Temperament: Semi-aggressive, can be territorial when breeding
• Diet: Flakes, pellets, frozen bloodworms and brine shrimp

• Care Level: Easy to moderate

Tank Mates: Medium community fish such as tetras (not small enough to eat), rainbowfish, and corydoras; avoid fin-nippers and very small fish.
