Dymax Pine Rock (Dragon Stone) is the preferred rock type for most aquascapers due to its unique honeycombed texture. These rocks bear witness to the relentless erosion exerted by water. The expression of this natural force and how its action sculpts the rock is a key element in natural landscapes.  This erosion, typical of soft rocks, is characterized by abundant oval hollows and sharp edges oriented in the same direction, creating a heterogeneous yet orderly appearance.  This rock is a relatively popular, clay-based natural rock prized by aquascapers and terrarium hobbyists for its pitted texture and “dragon scale” appearance.  It is prized for its dramatic aesthetic, lightness, and ability to create natural looking caves, crevices, and mountains in an aquarium.
