Care Description
Black Galaxy Snowflake Shrimp are a selectively bred Caridina shrimp prized for their deep black base color with intricate white snowflake-like patterns and occasional star-like speckles, giving a “galaxy” appearance. They are sensitive and require stable, soft, slightly acidic water to maintain their vibrant coloration and health. Peaceful and active, they thrive in planted aquariums with moss, rocks, and hiding spots. They feed on biofilm, algae, and high-quality shrimp-specific foods.
